“Villa la Spinosa” is an ancient farmhouse that has been renovated to accommodate its guests. The villa is spread over two floors with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor. In front of the living area there is a large portico facing the country. The House
The villa includes a living room with fireplace and pool table, sitting area with fireplace, kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms upstairs and a bathroom on the floor terra.La villa can accommodate in its 4/5 bedrooms on the first floor up to 8 adults and 2 boys.
Inserted in a park with 120 olive trees, the villa is about 1 km. from the nearby village of Roccalvecce. A 4 km. in the towns of Grafton and Celleno you will find a supermarket, grocery, butcher shops, bakeries, pastry and all kinds of needs.
